Sailing in San Blas

We are Wayne and Hazel sailing aboard the vessel Taï Phou. We are new sailors and have started our journey in San Blas, Panama. It is a beautiful and magical place and we love it here. We have always wanted to be here, and now we are going to share our experiences on this blog. We have been in San Blas many times, but our latest trip started November 2015. It has been very special. Our previous trips were focused on learning the boat and the islands. We have made a lot of new friends this time and that really creates a different atmosphere. Having people over for dinner or enjoying sundowners with other cruisers has helped make this feel more like home. While we would love to go to new places after we get the hang of things, we find it hard to imagine life after San Blas.
